Chantel has worked as a study support assistant as well as working as a carer for many years. She has worked both in Care Homes and in Domiciliary care. Born and bred in Cambridge, Chantel  knows our business catchment area really well; an added advantage in her job role, as she supports both staff and clients. A proud mother of three children, she is caring and patient and has great empathy. Helping those in need is something that Chantel does naturally. She has great customer service skills from her previous jobs in which she worked closely with the public.

She is self motivated and eager to make a positive difference in the lives of those who need our support. Chantel has worked in previous roles that have enabled her to develop excellent communication and people skills. She wears her heart on her sleeve and passionately wants to ensure that  our clients get the level of service they deserve.

Chloe Elizabeth Harris

Team Leader

I have worked in Health and Social Care for 6 years, as a carer. I have worked at Addenbrookes Hospital as well as for a couple of Care Homes. I have absolutely loved working as a carer and working alongside such amazing teams of devoted people. I love making a positive difference in people’s lives and ensuring that they have the best quality of life with the support they need in care facilities or in their own homes.

The highlight of my career to date was when I was promoted to team leader. I was really proud of this. I have been able to progress in healthcare. I love being part of devoted teams and having the opportunity to learn even more. I am excited that this job role offers great opportunities for career progress in the future. I feel that  we have the opportunity to work as one big family, working together as a team to deliver the highest quality of care and support. In my job role, it is key to have good leadership and communication skills. Every day is different and that’s what makes my job exciting.
